App Description
This simple principle of using the power of belief to change/improve one's own cognitive abilities or characteristics has now been impressively proven in many different studies (Dweck 2006).
And how do we do that with belief?
No judgment is more important than the one we make about ourselves. Kant already showed that we construct our own world, and this has also been proven by the many different studies that now exist on the subject of constructivism. And we now have this belief about almost everything: about the world, about ourselves, our characteristics, etc., and also about our (self-)worth. And this belief about our self-worth, with the help of the power of belief, has a direct effect on our self-esteem.
However, we are usually unaware of these beliefs, so we don't know what we think about ourselves or our value in terms of the beliefs we hold. Or do you know what beliefs you have about yourself and your value? That's what the app is for, and there we will become aware of/reactivate a multitude of positive basic beliefs/core beliefs about self-worth, link them multimodally, and anchor them deeply to improve our own strength and (self-)worth.
Core beliefs are mostly unconscious but fundamental beliefs we have about ourselves and the world that significantly influence our thoughts, actions, and emotions. They are like a filter through which we see the world and on which we rely.
We have been researching the treatment of repressed emotions and cognitions for over 12 years. Therefore, we know which core beliefs are really used by the psyche. We also add core beliefs for self-awareness and self-confidence, because these are also beneficial for self-esteem and are interlinked!
If necessary, we will also treat the core beliefs to be addressed in the body, which means that this therapy goes beyond behavioral therapy!
