The CSV Tracking App is an innovative extension of the web-based CSV application for drivers, enabling precise real-time GPS tracking of service vehicles. This application significantly enhances customer satisfaction by allowing the call center to select the most suitable and nearest service vehicle.

Real-Time GPS Tracking: Monitor the location of service vehicles in real-time.
Pause Tracking: Drivers of service vehicles can temporarily pause tracking for up to 90 minutes.
Security: Access to the application is restricted to authorized users with specific roles.
The application aids in the efficient management of available service vehicles and ensures transparency in operations. Please note that the download of the app is restricted, as it is not listed in the official app store. Access to the application is through Web EAM Next, with two-factor authentication (2FA) being mandatory. The application is available only to users with the S-Gate role "csv_driver."
