Worry Jail is a child-friendly mental wellness app designed to help kids externalize anxiety, OCD, and intrusive thoughts by turning them into “worry monsters” that can be safely captured and locked away. With a calming interface and interactive 3D monsters, children ages 4–12 can express their worries through voice, drawing, or text.

The app also celebrates positivity with a “Happy Thoughts” feature, encouraging kids to reflect on joyful moments using prompts, voice, or images. A built-in Calming Center offers gentle, accessible exercises like breathing techniques and visual relaxation tools.

For parents, Worry Jail offers secure admin access to monitor flagged worries, manage alert keywords, and track engagement—all without compromising the child’s privacy. No data is sold, shared, or stored in the cloud unless explicitly enabled by a parent.
