HOW IT WORKS
1. Check the live UV index and today's hourly UV for your location.
2. Set your skin type and the SPF you are wearing.
3. Start a session: TrackTan suggests the minutes, split front and back.
4. Get a heads-up before the flip, at the flip and when you are done.
TIMED TO TODAY'S UV
Suggested session lengths come from published UV guidance and the Fitzpatrick skin type scale, so they change with the UV every day. Adjust the minutes any time.
SHADE, YOUR AI TANNING COACH
Shade builds today's plan as a checklist: what to do before, your front and back minutes, and what to do after. Ask about any step, or chat about timing, SPF and after-sun care.
TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
