App Description

Find a simple activity to enjoy together. Golden Moments offers gentle picture matching and shared photo viewing for families and caregivers, including those spending time with a person living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease.

START SMALL
Begin with four large tiles and familiar starter illustrations. Keep pictures visible, or hide them when that feels comfortable. Gentle mode has no timer, score, or penalty. Choose 4, 6, 8, or 12 tiles as available.

MAKE IT PERSONAL
Select family photos using your device's photo picker. Golden Moments saves smaller copies for local activities; it does not scan your library or change your original photos. Keep up to 24 photos in one collection.

JUST LOOK TOGETHER
View a picture at a time. Optional conversation prompts invite a conversation without asking anyone to remember names or give a correct answer. Simply looking is enough.

OFFLINE WHERE IT MATTERS
Starter illustrations are available immediately. Imported photo copies work offline after import. Selecting originals stored only in iCloud may require an internet connection. All eight picture packs are included with the app, with no separate image downloads.

NO ACCOUNT OR PHOTO-SYNC SERVER
Family-photo copies stay in the app on this device. You can remove the copies without deleting originals. Device backups may include app data. This version does not sync photos between relatives.

Golden Moments is for recreation and shared conversation. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or measure dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Activities are not suitable for everyone; follow the person's interests and comfort, and stop or change the activity when needed.
