Get back to using the Simple Pomodo Method. This app let you create template routines that fits your daily need to be focused.
The Pomodoro Method is:
Focus on a single task until the timer rings. When your session ends, mark off one Pomodoro. Then enjoy a five-minute break. After four pomodoros, take a longer, more restorative 15 minute break.
