Content is tailored to the target audience: RSA (Responsible Social Welfare) recipients, young people, people with disabilities, etc.; content is specific to different use cases and key moments in the support process: welcoming and registering, providing guidance, promoting business services, prospecting, removing barriers, etc.; and content to develop skills: facilitation and cooperation, interpersonal skills and know-how, digital skills, etc.
