He mastered the science of the Dark Matter. Including Time Travel, Teleportation, Energy Creation. With the mastery over Matter and Dark Matter he continues to rule the galaxy.

The industry of this time is the "Dark Matter". Dark matter is hard to comeby. It can only be extracted from the creatures of the void. Who come to our dimension to feed on the Dark Energy. They convert this energy to Dark Matter which is usable for the most important things.

You are a solider in The Chairman's eternal army. Your Job is to obtain the dark matter by hunting down the creatures. You will be teleported to these Dark Matter hot spots and will have to hunt the creatures to extract the Dark Matter. You were created for this purpose. You owe your life to The Chairman.
