USPS® HCR Mobile

The HCR Scanning Mobile App allows you to manage Highway Contract Route (HCR) transportation directly from your mobile device. Designed specifically for contract drivers and suppliers performing work with the United States Postal Service®, this app streamlines your trip operations and package sampling—helping you stay compliant while on the move.

• Search & Manage Trips – Search by your assigned load and review full trip details before starting your route.
• Assign Trailers – Assign trailers to your active trips. Make sure every arrival, departure, load, and unload action is linked to the correct equipment for improved accuracy.
• Scan Barcodes – Quickly scan barcodes for loading, unloading, and package sampling with your device camera
• Arrive & Depart Events – Record arrival and departure times at each stop for real-time trip tracking and USPS operational compliance.
• Package Sampling – Perform package sampling efficiently and in full alignment with USPS procedures.

To begin, simply download the app and log in with your USPS HCR supplier credentials. The application requires account registration through the Logistics Gateway and acceptance of the HCR Application License and Terms of Use at https://www.usps.com/terms-conditions/hcr-mobile.htm.

This app is intended for authorized contract drivers and suppliers participating in the USPS HCR program.
