App Description
Aremotta is a gentle, voice-guided slideshow app that helps you remember what to bring before heading out.
Simply start the slideshow—whether you place your iPhone in your pocket or set your iPad near the entrance—and your belongings and tasks will be read aloud one after another. It’s perfect for seniors who prefer listening over reading small text or paper checklists.
A total of 183 preset items are included, covering real-life situations such as daily essentials, clinic visits, shopping, travel, golf, fishing, and more.
In addition to the 26 built-in groups, you can create up to 19 additional groups—ideal for organizing categories like “Dance,” “Chorus,” or “Hobby Club” to match your lifestyle.
You can also add up to 20 custom items per group, each with your own name, photo (from camera or album), and recorded or auto-generated voice. Personal items—such as different glasses, medications, bags, or hobby tools—can be managed just as carefully as the built-in ones.
The slideshow speed can be adjusted to 0.5 / 1.0 / 3.0 / 4.0 / 6.0 seconds, with 1–3 seconds suitable for voice-guided checking, and 0.5 seconds for silent rapid browsing. Swipe left or right to move manually, pause and resume anytime, and choose between three voice types: a young girl’s voice, an adult male voice, or silent mode.
The interface is designed to be highly senior-friendly, using large buttons and clear text labels.
Instead of arrow-only back buttons, we intentionally include “Back” text so users always know how to return to the previous screen. Complex gestures (long-press, pinch, etc.) are minimized, making the app simple to operate with taps and touches.
The free version includes banner ads and allows two additional groups and two custom items per group.
Upgrading to the premium version removes ads and expands the limits to 19 additional groups and 20 custom items per group, enabling a complete personalized “forget-me-not” checking system.
The premium upgrade is not a subscription—you pay once and can use the premium features forever.
