Snus Free: Quit & Save

Snus free. That's the whole idea. Enter how much you use and what a can
costs, and the app counts — second by second — what you have saved, how many
portions you have not taken, and how long you have been snus-free.

WHEN THE CRAVING HITS
A craving rarely lasts more than a few minutes. Tap "I'm craving" and the Coach takes
you through them — breathing, concrete distractions, and your own reasons for
quitting, chosen for what set the craving off and how strong it is.

COLD TURKEY OR STEP DOWN
Stop on a date, or step down one portion at a time until your quit day. Go over plan
for a few days and it re-slopes — no lectures.

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS IN YOUR BODY
Most apps show a smoking timeline: lungs and carbon monoxide. That says nothing about
snus. Ours covers nicotine clearance, the mucosa under your lip, your gums and your
resting heart rate — with a source for every claim.

A SLIP IS NOT A RELAPSE
Your streak does not reset because you had a bad day. And even a real relapse deletes
nothing: your total snus-free days, your longest run and every craving you have
beaten all stay.

YOUR PATTERNS
When your cravings hit and what sets them off. "65% of your cravings come between
08:00 and 11:00" is something you can act on.

PRIVACY
No sign-up. No email address. Everything you log stays on your phone. You never see
an ad unless you choose to.

Premium: the full Coach, the step-down plan, your patterns, streak freezes and your
streak on the lock screen.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the
end of the period. You manage it in the App Store.
