Culture Trek is an immersive and educational board game that reimagines the classic game of Snakes and Ladders to take players on a journey through global cultures, traditions, and histories. Designed for ages 8 and up, Culture Trek transforms the roll of a dice into a step toward cultural discovery, blending gameplay with knowledge-building through fun and thought-provoking questions. As players move across the board, they encounter trivia cards that ask about holidays, traditional foods, greetings, customs, clothing, geography, historical figures, languages, and more—each rooted in real-world facts and cultural significance. A correct answer might launch a player up a ladder, symbolizing their growing understanding, while an incorrect answer might send them down a snake, offering a chance to reflect and learn through a “culture lesson.” The goal isn’t just to reach the end first, but to engage with a diversity of cultural experiences along the way.
