WesternHOW helps you get set up, stay organised and feel confident as you begin your journey at Western Sydney University.

Once you’ve enrolled, the app becomes your personalised guide, giving you the right information at the right time, so you always know what to do next.

Each week, WesternHOW shows you a simple checklist of tasks designed for starting uni: understanding timetables, finding support services, joining social events and connecting with other students. You’ll also receive notifications about key dates, opportunities, and reminders so nothing slips through the cracks.

Need help fast? WesternHOW includes a 24/7 chatbot that can answer quick questions from “where do I find my timetable?” to “who can help me with my assignment?” It’s like having a friendly guide in your pocket.
