"معك" هو التطبيق الموحد للموارد البشرية في وزارة الحج والعمرة، صُمم ليمنح جميع المنسوبين تجربة رقمية متكاملة وآمنة لإدارة شؤونهم الوظيفية والإدارية بسهولة ومرونة، وبما يواكب مستهدفات التحول الرقمي في القطاع الحكومي.

الإجازات: تقديم ومتابعة جميع أنواع الإجازات إلكترونيًا بكل سلاسة.
الانتدابات: إدارة كاملة لإجراءات الانتداب بدءًا من الطلب وحتى إنهاء المهمة والصرف.
الوثائق والسجلات: الوصول الفوري إلى البيانات الشخصية وسجلات الرواتب والمكافآت والتدريب، مع إمكانية رفع الشهادات وطلب خطابات التعريف المعتمدة وتحديث البيانات إلكترونيًا.
خدمات المدراء : متابعة فرق العمل، بالإضافة الى تقديم واعتماد الطلبات بكفاءة وفعالية.
