Adapt is an AI life coach that turns your goals into daily action plans and adjusts them when real life gets in the way.
Most goal and habit apps expect you to follow the same plan no matter what happens. Adapt works differently. You choose a goal, answer a few setup questions, and Adapt creates daily actions that match your time, schedule, skill level, and current constraints.
Instead of building a rigid multi-week plan upfront, Adapt focuses on today and tomorrow. As you complete actions, miss days, give feedback, or run into a busy schedule, Adapt updates your next steps so you can keep moving without starting over.
WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH ADAPT:
• Create goals from free text
Type what you want to work on, and Adapt turns it into a structured goal setup.
• Get daily action plans
Each goal becomes clear daily actions with a title, estimated duration, and intensity level.
• Track completion and consistency
Check off actions, view progress rings, build streaks, and see insights over time.
• Adjust when life changes
If a plan feels too hard, too easy, too long, or no longer fits your day, Adapt can change the next plan.
• Use Coach Taylor
Ask Adapt’s in-app AI coach for help making actions easier, harder, shorter, more realistic, or better matched to your current day.
• Manage multiple goals
Work on fitness, studying, language learning, meditation, career projects, creative skills, side projects, routines, or other repeated goals.
• Choose your coaching style
Select a coaching persona and adaptability profile so the app can coach you in a way that fits how you respond to pressure, setbacks, and inconsistent days.
• Connect optional context
Adapt can optionally connect to Apple Health and Apple Calendar to better understand your sleep, activity, workouts, mindful minutes, resting heart rate, busy time, and free time.
• Use widgets and notifications
