App Description

Emotional Equation is a guided self-awareness and journal app that helps you understand what you are feeling, why you are feeling it, and what to do next—using a simple, repeatable framework based on the “Webb Equation of Emotion.” (EOE)

When something happens—an argument, a stressful work moment, a disappointing message, a win you cannot fully enjoy...your emotions can feel messy or contradictory. Emotional Equation helps you slow down and map the situation into clear, human language. You record what happened, identify the emotions involved, and explore the needs, expectations, and interpretations that may be driving your response. The app then turns that reflection into an easy-to-review history so you can track patterns over time and see what actually improves your mood and decision-making.

Inside the app you can:

Run an “analysis” to break down a moment step-by-step (situation → emotional response → contributing beliefs/expectations).
Review past entries in History to reflect on progress, recurring triggers, and growth.

Learn through a built-in Guide, along with an on-boarding Tutorial that explains the Webb Equation of Emotion (EOE), and how emotional intelligence concepts work in a practical, everyday way.

Keep your reflections organized so you can revisit them before important conversations, decisions, or stressful events.
Emotional Equation is designed for people who want more than generic mood tracking. This app is for anyone working on emotional intelligence, communication, boundaries, or personal growth...whether you are navigating relationships, building confidence, or learning to respond instead of react. The experience is intentionally clean, calming, and easy to use.

This app is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a crisis or feel you may be a danger to yourself or others, contact local emergency services immediately.
