Many people today manage shifts with photos in WhatsApp, Telegram or other messaging apps, or with sheets pinned to a board and random screenshots. That’s exactly where this app comes in: instead of rewriting everything by hand, you open the app, frame the shift image, and it takes care of the rest.

At its core there’s artificial intelligence: it reads the image, automatically recognizes days, times and shift names, and turns them into clean, consistent events. You simply check that everything is correct, choose where to add them, and in a few seconds you get a clear work calendar, ready to use.

Shifts are saved to your preferred calendar: Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, TimeTree and other compatible services. This way you keep using the calendar you already know, but with your shifts always up to date and synced across your devices.

Shift2Cal is ideal for nurses and healthcare staff, hospitality, retail, supermarkets, factories, security, office shift workers and, in general, anyone working in rotations, nights, weekends and holidays. The goal is simple: remove the burden of manual management and give you a clear view of your time.

In addition to importing from photos or PDFs, you can import a full year of shifts from a CSV file. If your company sends shifts in an Excel sheet or through a management system, you just export the file, upload it to the app and instantly see all shifts laid out in the calendar, with no endless copy-paste.

You can also add and edit shifts manually at any time. Create a single shift, repeat it across multiple days, set recurring patterns and build your weekly or monthly plan directly in the app. Each shift can have a different color based on its type (morning, afternoon, night, on-call, training, overtime), so at a glance you know what your week will look like.
