This is the strength training app I wanted but couldn’t find, so I built it.

It’s a focused, no-nonsense training log for people who want to lift.
Whether you’re powerlifting, bodybuilding, or still learning your way around the barbell, Up Lifting is designed to keep you focused, motivated and accountable.

Why Up Lifting?
Specifically, I found most workout apps tried to do a lot of things, but always let me down when it came to recording data.
I wanted notes, I wanted to be able to reference my previous lifts, and I wanted this to be easy while I’m training.

Up Lifting makes it easy to record everything you need and easy to see where you were previously. It empowers you to pay attention to your training and gives you useful nudges when you need them.
