It listens to your body (sleep, heart rate, movement), your time (calendar, focus blocks, free pockets), and your inner state (a one-word check-in, a weekly reflection), and offers one good observation a week — never a scoreboard, never a scold.

Everything stays on your device. There is no account to make. No cloud to sync. No data to leak. The AI companion who reads your week — her name is Ana — runs entirely on your phone.

• Daily check-in: how's today landing? Mood, energy, and an optional one-word feeling. Three taps, done.
• Day shape: a single ribbon shows the contour of your day — meetings, free pockets, your "now" tick — at a glance.
• Hero briefing: Ana writes a couple of warm sentences each morning. Not a dashboard. A read.

• Day-first command center with what's next, your current status, and the open pockets in your day.
• Activity-first stopwatch — Walk, Run, Workout, Commute, Activity, Custom. Each session tinted to its activity. Splits sparkline shows pace, best, rolling, projected.
• Purpose-first timer — Focus (Pomodoro 25/5), Workout, Meditation, Cook · Steep, Custom. Tinted hero per type.
• Visual wake window — a 24-hour radial clock with your wake arc, sleep / HRV / calendar / meds as signal pills. Smart Wake picks the gentlest moment inside the window.
• Body-clock-first travel — a split clock face shows here-time, home-time, and where your circadian rhythm "thinks" it is. Jet-lag adjustment progress underneath.

— HEALTH IN ONE PLACE —
• Sleep, recovery, heart, movement — surfaced on Home as a four-stat dashboard with a single bell when something needs attention.
• Medications: scan a prescription, photograph the box, quick-add, or full-entry. Adherence is shown without shame.
• Vitals: log weight, BP, glucose, mood, pain, and more. Conversational logging — say "my weight is 100 kg" to Ana and she'll offer to log it for you.
• Conditions, allergies, procedures, doctor notes, consultations — your medical vault, encrypted on-device.
• Targets: pick from 12+ types (steps, exercise, sleep, weight, VO₂ max, stand hours, mindfulness, more). Tracked silently. Never gamified.
