Social Media Control

Social Media Control helps you stay focused by blocking distracting apps while you do what you planned.
You choose the activity. You choose the apps. The app makes sure you actually follow through.

How it works

- Choose what you’re going to do (study, read, work out, walk, run, and more)
- Select the apps you want to block
- Set how long the block should last
- Confirm your activity with a photo (a selfie or a photo of your setup is enough)
- The photo is checked. If it matches the activity, the block starts. If it doesn’t, nothing is blocked


App blocking

- Selected apps stay blocked during the session
- You can’t open them until the timer ends
- Blocks can’t be skipped or paused


Activity tracking

The app remembers each session:

- What you did
- Which apps were blocked
- How long the block lasted


You can view stats for:

- Today
- This week
- This month

And see how much time you saved.

Emergency unlock

- Early unlock is possible
- Only once per week
- No resets, no loopholes
