App Description

Motivist is the iPhone goal app built for people who start strong, lose momentum, and abandon their goals more often than they finish them.

Motivist holds two things most apps separate: the practical side of goal-setting (daily actions, focus sessions, habit-building) and the inner work that makes goals stick (visualization, intention-setting, journaling). Checklists alone don't change you. Vision alone doesn't move you. You need both.

What you do in Motivist:

- Build a visual goal board with photos or color cards — keep your vision in front of you
- Set a daily intention to anchor your focus each morning
- Break big goals into small daily actions, grouped by goal and re-orderable by drag
- Use the Focus Timer to lock in on a specific action, set your intention, and run a countdown — no distractions
- Use the Visualization Timer to close your eyes, picture your goals as already real, and feel it for 3 minutes
- Journal daily with rotating prompts and mood tracking to reflect on what's working
- Run 100-Day Projects to build habits that actually stick
- Track your streaks for journaling and visualization to build consistency

Why it works:

Daily practice changes how you think and act. Small reps build momentum. Momentum builds identity. Identity changes what you finish. Call it manifestation, call it neuroscience, call it showing up — the mechanism is the same: become the person who does the thing, and you'll do the thing.

Free to download. Premium unlocks unlimited goals, actions, iCloud sync, and 100-Day Projects.
