Kareconnect Staff App

Kareconnect Staff App is the official mobile companion for Kareconnect CRM, a SaaS platform used by care provider organisations to manage their staff workforce and day-to-day service delivery.

This app is designed for support workers and staff members of organisations that subscribe to Kareconnect CRM (trial or paid plans). After login, staff can manage shifts, timesheets, and daily work tasks directly from their phone.

Key Features

Shift Management
- View assigned and accepted shifts
- Check shift details including participant information and timings
- Track upcoming shift schedule

Clock In / Clock Out (Timesheets)

- Start and stop shift timers
- Submit work notes during clock-out
- Location-enabled verification (as required by the provider)

Participants / Clients
- View participant details assigned by the provider organisation
- Access relevant shift-related participant information
