Lineár is built on a simple idea: to plan well, you need to see more. Traditional calendars trap you month by month, forcing you to flip pages and hold everything in your head. Lineár breaks free—displaying your entire year in a single, elegant view.

See all 365 days at once. Spot busy periods instantly. Find gaps without flipping through months. Your events appear as coloured bars spanning across days, giving you an immediate sense of how your time is distributed. Tap any event to see the full details—title, time, duration, location, notes, and links. But the real power is in the overview.

Four Perspectives on Your Year
Choose horizontal (months as rows) or vertical (months as columns, like a wall planner). Combine with two day arrangements:
- Linear Mode: Days align by weekday (Mon–Sun repeating). Instantly see which days are overloaded and where your free time is.
- Regular Mode: Days align by date (1–31). Every month's 1st falls in the same column. Perfect for monthly rhythms.

Your Calendars, Your Way
Works with iCloud, Google, Exchange, and subscribed calendars—they appear automatically with their original colours. Quick-toggle buttons in the toolbar show or hide calendars with a single tap. Long press a calendar button to isolate it. Drag calendars in the sidebar to set their priority—higher calendars appear first in the toolbar and their events take top position when overlapping. Customise any calendar's colour to your liking.

Clean Design, Full Control
Customise colours, fonts, layouts, and choose from built-in presets (Yellow, Green, B&W, High Contrast). Compact mode adapts row heights to event density. Pin the header row or left column while scrolling—like freezing panes in a spreadsheet. Filter out timed or single-day events for a cleaner view. Show week numbers and event times. Adjust how many event lanes are visible per day.

Made for Every Screen
Lineár shines on Mac and iPad where you can see the most of your year at once. On Mac, hover over events for quick tooltip previews and use keyboard shortcuts for fast navigation. On iPhone, pinch to zoom and swipe to change years—compact icon buttons keep the toolbar clean. An online manual is available from the app to help you get the most out of every feature.
