Pillwatcher is a subscription app that helps you remember your medications and see a clear record of what you actually took, so you don't have to guess later.

Set up your meds once, get gentle reminders at the times you choose, confirm each dose in the app (with optional photos), and review your dose history when you need it.

All features require an auto‑renewable subscription. A free trial is available for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
