Start the timer and put the phone down. A simple chime lets you know it's time to move to the next sequence. This app has no ads or push notifications. We recommend setting a reminder on your phone for just after you wake up. This is not in your best interest, it is in all of our best interests. Each human who meditates regularly will contribute to a kinder world.

Kirtan Kriya meditation is a 12 minute cycle in which the practitioner chants Saa Taa Naa Maa while tapping the thumb against each finger. While doing so, envision energy in an orb, a beam of light, or whatever your imagination feels like manifesting today, entering the crown of your skull, turning to form an L, and exiting your forehead.
You can sit lotus or in a chair with your feet on the ground. Chant aloud at the pace that is comfortable for you. After 2 minutes, a chime will sound. Chant in a whisper. At the next chime, chant silently in your head. At the next chime, whisper again. At the next chime, chant out loud. A double chime will indicate that the meditation is complete.
This app is designed so that you do not have to look at your phone. Select Focus Mode and the screen will go blank. You will only hear chimes.
