MVO is Limassol’s home of Lagree.

At MVO, we focus on Lagree training done properly. The method is slow, controlled, and demanding. Muscles stay engaged throughout the class, the core never switches off, and intensity builds without impact. It is challenging in the moment and rewarding long after you step off the machine.

The MVO app is how you access the studio. Use it to view class types, purchase packs, and book your sessions. Whether you are starting with Lagree Fundamentals, training regularly in Lagree Classic, or progressing to Lagree X, everything runs through the app.

When you arrive, there is nothing else to think about. You step under the purple lights, focus on the work, and leave feeling stronger than yesterday.
