Once a ticket is submitted, the complaint cell reviews and assigns it to the relevant area technical person. The assigned technician can resolve the issue either through a phone call or by visiting the customer’s location. In case of a physical visit, the technician uploads pictures as proof of resolution directly with the ticket.
After the issue is resolved, the customer receives the update and acknowledges the resolution within the app. Upon customer acknowledgment, the ticket is officially closed, ensuring transparency and accountability at every step.
