How it works:
• Choose which apps to restrict on your iPhone
• To unlock restricted apps, you must physically walk away from your phone — UWB technology measures the distance between your iPhone and Apple Watch
• Complete a "subtract 7" mental math challenge to activate your prefrontal cortex
• A 15-minute cool-down window gives you time to reconsider
