App Description

Sown is a mindful habit tracker that helps you build the life you want — one good day at a time.

Organise your habits into what matters most. Must-dos are your non-negotiables — the basics like sleep, hygiene and
responsibilities. Nice-to-dos are the hobbies and interests that make life fulfilling. Don't-dos are the habits you're ready to quit.

Complete a must-do by swiping to strikethrough — just like crossing it off in a notebook. Finish all your must-dos
without slipping on a don't-do and you earn a good day. Chain good days together to build your streak.

KEY FEATURES

• Swipe to complete — satisfying gesture-based completion with haptic feedback
• Good day streaks — all must-dos done + no slips = a good day
• Habit groups — combine related habits (e.g. Gym, Run, Swim under "Exercise") and complete any one to satisfy the group
• Don't-do tracking — track the habits you want to quit and mark slips honestly
• Screen Time blocking — link don't-do habits to specific apps and block them when you hit your limit
• Focus mode — get intercepted when opening a blocked app and redirected to something productive
• HealthKit integration — auto-complete habits based on steps, exercise minutes, distance, sleep and more
• Smart reminders — context-aware notifications based on your schedule and time of day
• Journaling — write end-of-day reflections and rate your fulfilment
• Photo tracking — attach photos to hobby habits and see your progress in a monthly collage
• Monthly calendar — see your completed habits, good days and notes at a glance
• iCloud sync — keep everything in sync across all your devices
• Today's tasks — add one-off tasks alongside your daily habits

Sown is built around a simple idea: be honest with yourself. No streaks you didn't earn. No credit for habits you didn't
do. Just real progress, tracked beautifully in a calm, paper-notebook aesthetic.

Some days you get everything done. Some days you won't. Both are fine.
