Thought Nuggets is a simple, focused way to collect meaningful quotes and add your own reflection—your “main course”—so the words don’t just pass by, they stick. It comes with a selection of my favorite quotes and the thoughts they sparked.

Each day you’ll receive three random nuggets to spark contemplation. Over time you can build your own set to be included in the daily reflection: quotes you’ve captured and the thoughts you’ve attached to them.
