This app is aimed at helping individuals by themselves or with parents/accountability partners kick their bad viewing habits. Combine screen accountability, adult content detection driven app and website blocking, and habit-focused tools with Vigilant to create a safer screen time environment.

How it works: Select the apps you want to monitor. Those apps remain locked until a monitoring session is active. During the session, Vigilant periodically checks the screen for explicit or concerning content. If something is detected, the event is flagged, blurred, and saved for later review. You can also choose to automatically lock monitored apps when explicit content is detected.

Use Vigilant to reduce exposure to explicit images and videos, stay intentional with your screen use, and create stronger boundaries around high-risk moments.
