Continua Helper

Continua turns your iPhone into a passive sensor for your personal agent. It
captures the everyday information that flows through your phone — calendar
events, contacts, location, and photos — and distills it into a private memory
that helps your agent understand your life.

What Continua does:

• Calendar sync — Your agent knows about upcoming meetings, appointments, and events so it can proactively remind you and help you prepare.

• Contacts awareness — Knows who the important people in your life are, so your agent can reference them by name and understand your relationships.

• Location context — Learns the places you frequent (home, office, gym) from significant location updates plus reverse-geocoded place context.

• Photo scanning — Automatically processes new photos to extract useful context (receipts, boarding passes, menus, whiteboards) and adds them to your memory.

• Share anything — Use the iOS share sheet to send text, URLs, or images directly to your memory from any app.

• Agent insights — Proactive reminders, alerts, and summaries arrive as push notifications based on what has been learned.

• Live Activities — See your latest insight at a glance on your Lock Screen.

• Home Screen widget — Quick access to ambient context without opening the app.

Privacy first:

• All data collection is OFF by default. You must explicitly opt in to each data source.
• Location collection is opt-in and limited to app functionality (not tracking or ads), with significant-change updates and place context used to power memory features.
• Passwords, credit cards, SSNs, and medical data are never extracted.
• Your memory is private to you.
