App Description
xorkeesign is a digital signature enabling service from Odyssey Technologies Ltd. It enables users to digitally sign and send emails through add-ons, extensions and mobile app across popular web browsers and mail clients.
The xorkeesign mobile app extends this ecosystem by enabling users to securely sign, view and verify digitally signed emails on their mobile devices. The app connects to email accounts using standard IMAP access and provides a unified interface for accessing emails across popular service providers.
When a digitally signed email is opened, the app verifies the sender’s signature by obtaining the public key associated with the sender’s email ID from xorkeesign. The result of this verification is clearly displayed within the email view, providing assurance that the email is genuinely from the claimed sender and that its content has not been altered.
Users can also compose, digitally sign and send mails directly from the mobile app, enabling secure communication on the go.
By enabling reliable sender authentication, xorkeesign helps reduce the risk of phishing, ransomware and email-based fraud by allowing users to confidently identify authentic communications.
The app also supports archiving of email content and attachments along with their associated digital signatures in CMS format. This enables the creation of permanent, authenticated and verifiable business communication records.
Additional capabilities include:
• Support for multiple email accounts
• Folder navigation including Inbox, Sent Items, Trash and more
• Search functionality for efficient email retrieval
• Detection of unsigned and tampered emails with appropriate warnings.
xorkeesign provides a secure and transparent environment for managing digitally signed email communication on mobile devices.
