App Description
Your photo library is a mess. You know it, we know it. Thousands of photos and videos piling up — blurry shots, accidental screenshots, seventeen nearly identical group photos from the same moment. BananaBomb makes cleaning them up fast, fun, and surprisingly satisfying.
Swipe to decide. Every photo and video gets its moment. Swipe right to peel it (keep), swipe left to bomb it (delete). It's that simple. No menus, no multi-select, no tedious scrolling through grids.
AI that actually helps. BananaBomb analyses your entire photo library using on-device machine learning — completely private, nothing leaves your phone. It learns what you like to keep and what you tend to bomb, then puts the photos you're most likely to want right at the top of the stack. Large files that are eating your storage get surfaced early so every swipe counts.
Duplicates found automatically. BananaBomb detects duplicate and near-duplicate photos, bunches them together, and groups similar shots side by side so you can compare them at a glance. The AI highlights the best and worst photos in each bunch based on sharpness, exposure, and face quality — so you can split them apart with confidence using the side-by-side comparison slider. Keep the best and bomb the rest.
Videos too. Videos feed right into the swipe queue alongside your photos. They auto-play as you review, with a scrub bar for a closer look. Same swipe, same satisfaction.
Meet Barry. Your banana buddy Barry lives in the corner of your screen with a mind of his own. He reacts to your decisions, strikes poses when something catches his eye, flexes when you hit a streak, yawns when you take too long, and occasionally just vibes. On Apple Intelligence devices, Barry drops AI-generated banana puns and cheeky one-liners — when he feels like it. He's cool like that. Give him a tap to see what he thinks.
Sounds like fun. Every swipe, peel, bomb, and undo has its own playful sound effect — from cartoon boings to cheeky double-boops. Keep them on for the full experience or peel them off in settings.
Smart filters. Focus your cleanup session on specific types — selfies, screenshots, landscapes, food photos, documents, animals, videos, or whatever's clogging up your library. Use modifiers to layer on blurry photo detection or duplicate bunches on top of your category filters.
