App Description
FINISH SPRINT — FOCUS ON ONE TASK AND ACTUALLY FINISH IT
Tired of long to‑do lists and half‑done tasks? Finish Sprint flips the script: one task, two short focus sprints, then done. No multitasking. No overwhelm. Just you and one thing until it’s finished.
HOW IT WORKS
One task — You choose a single goal (max 60 characters). One focus. No switching.
Two sprints — Back‑to‑back focus blocks (10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 minutes). A short 1‑minute reset between them keeps you sharp.
Quick review — After the second sprint, a fast review: what’s done, what’s next. Add your next step so you can start from it later.
Done — You’ve moved the needle. Log it, see it in history, and build streaks.
WHY “ONE TASK” WORKS
Research and real use show: focusing on one thing at a time beats multitasking. Finish Sprint forces that focus. You commit to one outcome, run two sprints, and leave with something completed — not just “worked on.”

BUILT FOR FOCUS
GET THE MOST OUT OF EVERY SPRINT
Pick a task you can move forward in 25–60 minutes, not a vague “work on project.” The clearer the one thing, the easier it is to focus and to feel done. Use categories so you can later see where your time went. After each run, add a real “next step” in the review — that way your next session can start in one tap from the main screen. If you get distracted, note it in the review; over time the distraction patterns help you see what breaks your focus so you can plan around it. Many users do one or two full cycles (two sprints + review) per day and see a real difference within a week.
