Capture tasks anywhere
• Add tasks from Inbox, Lists, Today, or Calendar—the app suggests the right list or date based on where you are
• Set a due date with shortcuts (Today, Tomorrow, This Weekend, Next Week) or pick any date and time
• Add optional notes and choose a priority so the most important items stand out

Stay organized
• Keep an Inbox for quick capture, then create custom lists (Work, Home, Shopping, and more) with optional emoji icons
• Use tags to group tasks across lists—filter by tag or open a tag to see all related tasks
• Archive lists you no longer need without losing their tasks

See what’s due
• Today shows overdue tasks and everything due today in one place
• Calendar highlights days that have tasks and lets you add or review tasks for any date
• Complete tasks with a tap or remove them with a swipe

Full control over your data
• Edit any task: change title, notes, priority, due date, repeat (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly), tags, or move it to another list
• Manage tags: create, rename, and delete tags in one place
