App Description
Snap your meals. The AI scores them. Compete Monday to Friday against nine other guys. Winners earn stripes, titles and a shot at qualifying for the Monthly Championship.
You know what to eat. You know you should train. You do it for eleven days and then life takes it back. The fix isn't willpower. It's a scoreboard. Consistency stops being a fight.
HOW A WEEK WORKS
Monday 6am to Friday 11:59pm PT. 10-guy boards. Photo your meals and the AI scores the plate. Log 3, your top 2 count. Clip your movement in 1 to 3 second windows at sunrise, midday, or sunset. Breathwork runs in-app, 10 minutes for full points. The leaderboard updates live as scores land.
WHAT GETS SCORED
Nutrition, 40 a day. Movement, 40 a day. Breathwork, 15 a day. Social, 25 per challenge for one converted invite or one in-person QR meetup. Proof of work is required. No photo or clip means half points.
BUILT FROM YOUR NUMBERS
Body type onboarding sets your macro targets and daily calories. An 8-test strength assessment, calibrated to your age and bodyweight, builds a custom 4-day program. It progresses every two weeks.
BLOODWORK
Track the MIQ Top 10 markers behind testosterone and energy. Log your labs. Watch them move over time. Understand what each one means. Observational only.
THE LADDER
The weekly 10-guy board runs on a stripe entry. It feeds the Monthly Championship, and weekly winners get in free. The top 10 ship home prize hauls from natural health brands we respect. The champion takes the title. Skill-based competition. Standings come from your score, never from chance. Money is never exchanged between players, and entry fees are never combined into a shared fund.
THE ENDGAME
The goal is deletion. Once you've trained yourself to collect the right inputs, you won't need us.
