App Description

I built FitFirst because I was tired of losing count.
You know the moment. You're deep into a heavy set, maybe set 7 of 10, and suddenly you're not sure - was that rep 6 or 7? You lose focus. You lose tension. The set is wasted.
I wanted something dead simple on my wrist. Tap to set your workout. Tap when a set is done. Let the watch handle everything else.
That's FitFirst.

WHAT IT DOES
Set your sets and reps before you start. FitFirst guides you through every set with a clear, glanceable display. When you finish a set, a smart rest timer kicks in with a live countdown. Your heart rate is tracked throughout, so you know when you're actually recovered - not just when the clock says so.
When you're done, you get a clean summary: total sets, total reps, time spent. Logged to Apple Health automatically.

AUTOMATIC REP DETECTION
Turn off Manual mode and FitFirst uses your Apple Watch motion sensors to detect reps as you perform them. No tapping needed. Just lift, and FitFirst counts. Switch back to manual anytime for exercises where you prefer to track by feel.
BUILT FOR THE GYM
- Set your sets and reps in seconds
- Large, readable numbers designed for mid-workout glances
- Haptic alerts when your rest timer ends - feel it, don't check it
- Live heart rate monitoring between sets
- Full workout summary when you're done
- Automatic sync to Apple Health
- No account needed. No sign-up. No cloud. Just open and go.

WHY FITFIRST
Most rep counters try to do too much. They want to be your workout planner, your coach, your social network. FitFirst does one thing: it counts your sets and reps so you don't have to. It's the app I wanted to exist, so I built it.

Works best with compound lifts, accessory work, bodyweight training, or any exercise where you need to hit a specific set and rep target without breaking focus.
