App Description
Every photo your iPhone takes contains invisible data: your exact GPS coordinates, your device serial number, timestamps, camera settings, and more. When you share photos online, on dating apps, or on marketplaces, you share all of that too.
LudyExif makes the invisible visible. Open any photo and instantly see a Privacy Risk Score, color-coded from green to red, that tells you at a glance how much personal information your photo reveals. Tap the score to see exactly which fields are risky and why.
Dive deeper with the full metadata viewer. Browse 62 typed fields across eight collapsible sections: Camera, Location, File Info, Device, IPTC, and more. Search for any field, long-press to copy a value, or switch to the raw dictionary view for the complete CGImageSource output.
When you find something you don't want to share, removing it takes one tap. Use Clean and Share to remove sensitive metadata and send the cleaned photo directly to Messages, WhatsApp, Instagram, or any other app, all in one step. A Before and After preview shows exactly what will change before you confirm.
LudyExif supports every format your iPhone produces: HEIC, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, DNG, and Live Photos. Metadata editing preserves image quality with high-fidelity re-saving.
Everything runs entirely on your device. There is no server, no analytics SDK, no crash reporter, no ad framework. Apple's privacy label confirms it: No Data Collected. Period.
See your photos on a map. The built-in map view plots your geotagged photos so you can visualize where your location data points. Edit GPS coordinates with a map picker, search by address, or enter coordinates manually.
Fix timestamps on travel photos with the timezone correction tool. Edit IPTC fields to add copyright, creator, captions, and keywords. Save metadata templates and apply them across batches of photos for a consistent workflow.
The batch processor lets you strip GPS, apply templates, or fix timezones across dozens of photos at once, with a progress view and detailed results for every file.
