BlankState Diagnostic

BlankState Diagnostic is a comprehensive mobile device hardware testing tool designed for ITAD operators, refurbishers, and enterprise IT teams.

Launched as an App Clip from a QR code, it runs 33 hardware diagnostic tests across sensors, cameras, display, audio, connectivity, and biometrics —
with no App Store download required.

USER-ASSISTED TESTS
• Touchscreen grid with multi-touch verification
• Display colour cycle for dead pixel detection
• OLED burn-in, uniformity, and ghost touch detection
• Speaker and microphone with auto-detection
• All camera lenses including rear microphone

Results are sent directly to the BlankState Mac application for inclusion in certified device health reports. Designed for R2v3 and ADISA compliance
