The application supports the full customer service cycle: from adding a new person to the database, through visit history, to ongoing service and quick information lookup. As a result, the team does not waste time manually checking data, and the owner gains better visibility into what is happening in the business every day. The services module makes it possible to maintain a clear offer, manage durations and prices, and organize work by location and availability.
An important part of the system is staff and access management.
