Feed tracking
Start a breastfeeding timer with one tap — left or right breast. Switch sides mid-feed. Sprout remembers which breast you used last and shows it on the home screen the moment you wake up. Log bottle feeds with the amount in ml — formula or expressed breast milk.

Sleep tracking
One tap to start the sleep timer, one tap to end it. Log the sleep location (crib, bassinet, pram, or contact nap) and quality (settled, unsettled, restless). See your total sleep for the day at a glance and get a gentle next nap window estimate based on your baby's age — clearly labelled as a guideline, not a prescription.

Nappy log
