HOW IT WORKS

Start with the 24-question assessment to uncover where you land on two dimensions: your need for reassurance and your need for space. The result isn't a label — it's a calibration. Every reframe, grounding phrase, and daily practice is personalised from there.

When something happens:
→ Tap "I Got Triggered" for a 60-second check-in. Name what happened. Choose how you handled it. The app tracks whether you reacted or responded — and shows the shift over time.

When you have more space:
→ Start a Reset. A 6-step regulation exercise that walks you through what triggered you, how you felt, the story you told yourself, what the facts actually say, a reframe, and one small action. The whole process takes about 10 minutes and ends with a Secure Score — a breakdown of how you showed up across three dimensions: attachment, emotional regulation, and connection. You'll see how that score moves reset by reset.
