Havabite is built and used daily by a solo indie developer — a CS student who got tired of paying for expensive apps and decided to build his own instead.
He lost 15 kg in one semester using it. That's not a marketing line. That's just what happened.
FEATURES
1. Easy Meal Logging
Enter your meal name and macros — calories are calculated automatically. Supports breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack categories.
2. Saved Meals
Save your frequently eaten foods and quickly add them next time. No more repetitive typing.
3. Daily Progress at a Glance
A ring chart on the home screen shows your real-time protein, carbs, and fat intake — and how much room you have left to reach your daily goal.
4. History & Calendar View
The history calendar lets you see your intake over the past month at a glance. Tap any day to view that day's meals.
5. Flexible Goal Setting
Set a daily calorie target, or go granular with individual gram targets for each macro. Adjust freely based on your dietary plan.
6. Custom Day Change Time
Night owl? Set a custom day rollover time (e.g. 6 AM) so your late-night snacks don't count toward the next day's log.
7. Dark Mode
Easier on the eyes for night-time use.
8. Traditional Chinese / English
Switch between Traditional Chinese and English in settings.
