OnTrack is a calorie counter, fasting timer, and habit tracker built into one app. Here's everything inside.
CALORIE COUNTER
Log meals by photo*, barcode*, or search. Calories and macros (protein, carbs, fat) are calculated for you, so logging takes seconds.
FASTING TIMER
Pick a fasting window (16:8, 18:6, OMAD, or set your own) and start your fast. The timer keeps running in the background and we'll send a notification when your eating window opens.
STEP TRACKER
Your steps sync from Apple Health automatically. See your daily count and how it stacks against your goal without typing anything.
CALORIES BURNED
Active calories from your workouts and daily movement pull in from Apple Health. Subtract them from what you ate to see your real net for the day.
WEIGHT LOG
Track your weight over time and watch the trend. A single morning number doesn't tell you much, but the trend does.
PROGRESS PHOTOS
Take a weekly photo and watch the change month by month. Each photo is paired with the weight you logged that day so the comparison stays honest.
