The app provides weekly summaries of logged sessions and visual streaks of consistency. Its unique feature, Flow Tracker, overlays manually entered session notes to highlight progress over time. Users can categorize sessions by pose type, outfit, or mood, create sequences for practice, reflect on confidence or energy, and track improvements in walk fluidity and pose consistency visually.
