MeshVote is a secure mobile voting app for in-person gatherings of any size. Schools, businesses, membership organizations, teams, and assemblies — participants vote on their own phones and see results in real time, with no internet connection required.

How It Works
Phones communicate directly via Bluetooth, forming a mesh network. When a participant casts a vote, it travels from phone to phone until every device in the venue has received it. There is no central server to compromise — the group itself is the network.

An organizer creates a group and shares a QR code. Participants scan to join. The organizer opens polls when the group is ready. Participants tap their choice, votes spread across the room in seconds, and when the poll closes, the tally is locked and sent to every device.

Built for Real Decisions
MeshVote supports elections, motions, resolutions, and nominations from the floor with write-in votes. Use it for school boards, corporate governance, union votes, HOA meetings, sports league decisions, church assemblies, and more. It complements your existing procedures — it just replaces the mechanics of counting hands or paper ballots.

Secure by Design
• Every vote is cryptographically signed — tampered votes are automatically rejected
• One vote per device per poll, enforced across the entire mesh network
• Results are sealed when the poll closes — no changes possible after that moment
• No internet connection means zero exposure to remote attackers
• Votes never leave the room — they exist only on participants’ devices
