HOW IT WORKS
1. Add a Totem for each thing you want to verify — front door, oven, medication, alarm, car, anything.
2. Pair an NFC sticker (NTAG213/215/216 or compatible) by holding your phone to it. Don't have NFC? Print a pack of six cryptographically signed QR labels straight from the app.
3. When you want proof, tap the tag or scan the label from the Verify tab. A clear haptic and a "Saved · Front door" toast confirm.
4. Open the Timeline tab to see a calm, chronological feed of every check.

ROUTINES
Group several Totems into a named routine — "Before bed", "Leaving the house", "Morning meds". Run them in a fixed sequence (the next scan must match) or in any order. Routines are perfect for compound peace-of-mind: a single session covers every door, window, and appliance.

PRINTABLE QR LABELS
Generate a pack of six device-signed QR codes, choose a print size, and export a PDF. Stick them where you need proof. The QR codes are unique to your phone and can't be reused or forged on another device.
