Nomva

Nomva helps you log meals and track calories, macros, hydration, activity, and weight in one place.

Type a meal naturally, search the food database, scan a barcode, or analyze a food photo. Review matched foods and portions, make corrections, and see daily totals and meal breakdowns.

Choose Apple Health or Garmin activity to adjust your calorie target. Nomva uses a completed-day activity baseline and credits activity above it. The two sources are not added together. Garmin weight history reaches Nomva through Apple Health; Nomva weigh-ins can also be saved to Apple Health with permission.

Keep using Nomva without an account, or create an optional Nomva account for shared history and linked Pro access across supported Nomva apps and the web. Choose whether to start fresh or import this iPhone's history. Sync includes food, water, weight, goals, chat, custom foods, and saved meals. Conflicting edits stay available for you to resolve.

Guest history stays in protected local storage. Account history is stored locally and, when sync is enabled, on Nomva's service. Export a JSON backup before changing phones or reinstalling, especially for history that has not synced; local history is excluded from automatic device backup. CSV reports are available for sharing.

Cloud AI processes the messages and photos you submit through Nomva's service and its AI provider. Optional direct Garmin activity also uses Nomva's service. See the privacy policy for details.

Nomva is for general wellness and personal tracking. Nutrition values and AI results are estimates; review them before relying on them.
