PMP EXAM PREP: PASS YOUR PMI CERTIFICATION ON THE FIRST ATTEMPT

The PMP has a 60 percent first-attempt pass rate. The 2021 exam is approximately half predictive and half agile and hybrid. Candidates who fail are weak on Earned Value math, ITTO memorization, and agile methodology content added in 2021.

EVM CALCULATOR

Enter PV, EV, AC, and BAC to calculate all 8 EVM formulas: CV (Cost Variance) equals EV minus AC. Positive means under budget. SV (Schedule Variance) equals EV minus PV. Positive means ahead of schedule. CPI equals EV divided by AC. Above 1.0 is favorable. SPI equals EV divided by PV. EAC (Estimate at Completion) equals BAC divided by CPI. ETC equals EAC minus AC. VAC equals BAC minus EAC. TCPI equals remaining work divided by remaining budget. Color-coded results and plain English interpretation for every metric.

ITTO REFERENCE: ALL 49 PMBOK PROCESSES

Browse by Process Group: Initiating (2), Planning (24), Executing (10), Monitoring and Controlling (12), Closing (1). Or filter by all 10 Knowledge Areas. Tap any process for the complete ITTO. Search across all 49. Bookmark difficult ones. Quiz mode generates randomized questions on any selected process.

CRITICAL PATH CALCULATOR

Add up to 15 activities with durations and dependencies. Get Early Start, Early Finish, Late Start, Late Finish, and float for every activity. Zero float means the activity is on the critical path. Total project duration and critical path highlighted automatically.
